Ms. Hou received
Bachelor of Law degree from Beijing University the First Branch College in 1992.
From graduation until 1999, Ms. Hou was working in the Legal Affair Department
and Marketing Department of CIA, the biggest airline company in China. She has
been involved aircraft |

lease and was responsible for drafting and reviewing the contracts between CIA
and other domestic and overseas airline companies; she also took part in the mediation
and litigation of disputes in which CIA was involved concerning the delay of scheduled
flight, loss or damage of luggage, casualty of passenger and default of fees by
the aviation agencies. Ms. Hou obtained lawyer qualification of PRC in 1997 and
the Certificate of Enterprises Legal Consultant in 1998. Ms. Hou joined in Beijing
Dadi Law Firm in 2000. She is experienced in legal matters of aviation and has
deep understanding in aviation industry. She is now the standing legal consultant
of Beijing Aviation Transportation Agency Association (BATAA) and advises for
over 400 aviation agencies that are the members of BATAA. Apart from the aviation
legal affairs, Ms. Hou also actively sets foot in the real estate area. She has
been advising for over ten real estate projects, and keeps close working relationship
