Mr. Liang Renhua, Managing Partner

Mr. Liang received his Bachelor of Law degree in 1983, and then he became a law lecturer in Beijing Municipal Party College. Mr. Liang embarked on the work as a part-time lawyer from 1984. He was one of the founding partners when Beijing Dadi Law Firm was established in 1989.

Mr. Liang is the　managing partner and the director of Beijing Dadi Law Firm, a director of Beijing Bar Association (BBA) and a commissary of BBA Real Estate Specialty Committee.
    Mr. Liang has become a lawyer for nearly 20 years with extensive practice experiences in Real Estate, Finance, Corporate and Intellectual Property areas. He has advised for many real estate exploitation companies and construction enterprises on the matters of transferring of land use right, cooperation exploitation of land and real estate, the tendering and bidding of construction project, sale of commodity houses and so forth. Mr. Liang has successfully acted for clients in considerable litigation and arbitration concerning real estate exploitation dispute, co-exploitation dispute, construction contract dispute, sales and tenancy of property disputes. Because of his extensive experiences and successful practice in real estate and construction areas, Mr. Liang was appointed to a member of China Construction Enterprises Legal Supporting Group and the standing legal consultant of the Information Center of Ministry of Construction of P.R.C. Mr. Liang is accomplished in intellectual property affairs, he used to deal with a case concerning a famous trade mark. In the finance and corporate areas, Mr. Liang has also eminent achievement.
