Mr. Gang Wang,Senior Partner

Mr. Wang graduated from China People's University (B.J) and Beijing University (LL.B). He obtained the lawyer's qualification of P.R.C in 1998 and commenced lawyer's career in 1999. Before this, Mr. Wang worked in the Public Security Department as a policeman.
Mr.Wang is an experienced lawyer in the areas of corporate, IP and criminal litigation.

In corporate area, Mr. Wang knows well how to protect client's legal interests by comprehensive methods. Furthermore, Mr. Wang has also close relationships with many Economic Development Areas and financial institutes both in Beijing and other provinces. He also helps clients in the matters of investment and project finance.
In the IP area, Mr. Wang has provided legal services for many medias and publishing houses and he has drafted, revised and amended contracts involving the production f films. Mr. Wang is the legal adviser for a legal programme of Beijing CATV. In the criminal litigation area, Mr. Wang has successfully represented clients in cases involving organizing bawdry, contract fraud and etc.
